What are the Payment Options that Goldenstitch.com offers? Currently we offer credit payments via Paypal. We personally do not keep your credit card information on file. Your information is safe with Paypal, which is one of the largest online payment processing company.
When do I receive the designs that I brought off your website?
Our designs are shipped via email with 24 business hours. If you selected the CD option, the CD will be shipped within 24hrs via USPS first class mail. You will also receive the designs via Email.
What do I need to embroider out the designs?
You need the necessary software and hardware to transfer the designs to your Embroidery Machine.
Can I resize your Designs?
You can resize your designs. But we do not Provide support for our designs if you resize it. The reason being we have tested our designs with size displayed on our website.
What is your Copyright Policy?
These designs are only for home use. You cannot share it with friends and family. Your are not allowed to resell the designs. You are only allowed to resell object you made from these designs as long as you do not sell more than 50 such articles. If you plan to sell more than 50 articles, You need to contact us for a Commercial License.
Can I share these designs with my friends? No. Our copyright policy does not allow this.

What is Your Refund Policy?
We do not offer refund for our design collections due to the nature of the product. We offer technical support for all purchases made from our website. For threads and other embroidery material you are entitled a refund if you return the product in its orginal condition. Shipping and handling is not refundable. A 15% restocking fee is also charged.
